Thank you for registering for my Overcoming Imposter Syndrome Hypnosis. I'm excited for you to experience the power of this hypnosis and begin your journey toward overcoming imposter syndrome so that you can step back into your power and confidence in your business.

You have limited access to this hypnosis for only 14 days and to ensure you can get the most out of this powerful mindset tool I recommend you to listen to it as many times as you can however a minimum of 3 times over the next 14 days. 

 

How to use the Hypnosis

Before you begin, please find a quiet and comfortable space where you won't be interrupted. Set aside about 30 minutes for this session.

 

1. Relax & get comfortable

  • Sit or lie down in a comfortable position, ensuring your body is fully supported. I recommend in bed or on a comfy couch.
  • Use headphones for a fully immersive experience.

 

2. Set some intentions

  • Before starting the audio, take a moment to set your intention.
  • Reflect on why you want to overcome imposter syndrome and how it's affecting your life and business.

 

3. Listening to the Hypnosis

  • Press play on the audio and allow me to take you on a deep and transformative inner journey.
  • Let go of any expectations and trust the process.
  • Be present in the moment and open to the full experience.

 

4. Engagement and Visualisation

  • As you listen, actively engage with the imagery and suggestions presented in the audio. Visualise yourself as the powerful woman in business that you are, see yourself doing and achieving all that you are going to achieve.
  • Allow yourself to feel the emotions that arise during the session. It's okay to experience a range of feelings as you delve into your subconscious mind.

 

5. Post-Hypnosis Reflection

  • After the audio ends, take a few moments to reflect on your experience.
  • Journaling about your experience can be beneficial for processing your emotions and insights gained during the session.

 

6. Repetition and Integration

  • For best results, listen to the audio regularly, ideally daily, serval times or at minimum 3 times over the next 14 days.
  • Repetition helps reinforce the positive suggestions and facilitates lasting change.
  • Over time, you'll notice a gradual shift in your mindset and behaviour as you gain more confidence and self-assurance in your business, and as you do, email me and tell me all the amazing and positive changes that you notice over the 14 days.
