Phase 1 & 2: Build The Woman, Build The Business Foundations

You'll move through the Build the Woman → Build the Business Foundations Framework.

A structured curriculum designed to:

- shift how you think, lead and execute
- stabilise your consistency
- build real momentum in your business

Phase 1 — Build the Woman Modules

1. Identity — Become the woman who runs the business you're trying to build.
2. Leadership — Lead yourself before you lead anything else.
3. Capacity — Build the internal capacity to hold what you're calling in.
4. Money — Rewrite your relationship with money so it can flow through you.
5. Neutrality — Stay regulated when the business is hard.

Phase 2 — Build the Business Modules

1. Authority — Claim your position so the right people find you.
2. Structure — Build the architecture that holds your offers, your prices, and the path from stranger to client.
3. Offers — Audit, align, and refine the offers that are true to who you are now.
4. Evidence — Learn the data. Use your numbers as a mirror, not a verdict.
5. Systems — Build the operations that let the business run without breaking the woman.

Phase 3: Expansion

Once foundations are set, we build.

Four months of live mastermind mentorship across August, September, October, November and December — where the framework stops being modules and becomes the way you run your business. Where the woman you built in Phase 1 and the business you architected in Phase 2 start compounding in real time.
